Larissa Kite:
To be honest when I first met you I was afraid of you because of all your sass and sarcasm. But it did not take me long to see how amazing you are. Now I see you as a loving and caring mother who is also a kick butt soccer coach. Not only did you show me the unconditional love a mother has for her children, but you gave that to me. You didn’t wait for me to ask for your guide and love, you just started giving it. At first I wasn’t sure how to take it but now all I can say is thank you for not giving up on me. Words can’t describe how much I appreciate and love you for everything you have done for me. I honestly would not have made it this far without you. The love and support your family have given me has changed my life. I’m proud to call myself a part of your family. And it might not be as easy to see but I love and appreciate Brad too.

Thanks for being a rocking psych teacher. Your class really has made me appreciate the human mind- even if it doesn’t always seem like that. I’m sorry for making you cry that one time (I’m sure there were other times as well). You make class enjoyable for everyone. You just have a way of relating to your students that is very rare for some teachers. Thank you for that! But please bring Tim into class after May 2nd so we can meet the legend himself.

It is hard to put into words how much I appreciate you and what you have done for me. But I found a quote that gets close to it, “ Biology is the least of what makes someone a mother.” This quote perfectly sums up the relationship I have with you. You are my mom, the person who will always be there for me no matter what happens. You have given me the support possible to get through the hardships I’ve faced by being real with me and your tough love has worked! Besides helping me personally you have been an amazing StuCo sponsor. No matter how stressed out us kids make you, you always stuck by us. Because of StuCo I was able to come out of my shell and grow as a leader and none of that would have happened without you. So thank you for being such an amazing teacher, mentor, and mom. I Love you!
