(For the record, I picked you as my teacher appreciation before I found out you picked me as your Silver Shield). Thank you for being such a great role model. Every morning I walk into your class, you always have a smile on your face and make my morning enjoyable. Having you first hour makes the rest of my day better. I’m so happy I get to experience Italy next year with you. My dream is to be a teacher, and I hope one day I can be half the teacher you are. Your passion for teaching is contagious. You go above and beyond to help students, you always put others before yourself, and you play pretty great music. Thank you so much for honoring me as your Silver Shield. I was so happy to find out you like me because I like you too.
