Sydney Robbins: My favorite photo
This photo is of the students and staff facetiming Mrs. Fetsch who has been out dealing with some health issues.
This is my favorite photo because it really captured the moment of our whole school coming together. At the end of the homecoming pep assembly the leaders announced there would a big surprise. Scott Harris then announced that the “big surprise” would be facetiming Mrs. Fetsch. Mrs Fetsch hasn’t been able to teach this year because she found out the first day of school that she had adult acute lymphoblastic leukemia and has been going through treatment. With her leave of absence the school came together to raise money and support her so when the the news of us getting to facetime her we came together once again and chanted a cheer for her.
