Ms. LaRue’s contagious laughter spreads brightly through the classroom as they learn their latest unit. LaRue always tries to brighten her students’ days with her jokes and positive attitude.

Walking into her room on any given day is guaranteed to make my day brighter. Mrs. LaRue is an actual embodiment of a ray of sunshine, and genuinely cares for every student in her classroom. Every time the bell rings, it feels like the hour flew by too fast. She runs her classroom in a very lighthearted way and puts a lot of trust into her students. She gives us the respect of young adults capable of making our own decisions, and I feel like that’s really rare for an FHC classroom. The energy in her room is never anything but positive and I always leave her room feeling refreshed.
