Five devoted volleyball seniors celebrated their last season home game on Oct. 14 against Timberland. The girls won the game with the scores being 25-22 (won) 25-22 (lost) and 28-26 (won). The five seniors (Caroline Green, Sarah Mueller, Brittany Howard, Tori Mannino, and Danielle Robbins) grew their bond even closer this year.

The girls lost to Fort Zumwalt West in the district playoffs, but the girls ended their season with a 20-10 record.

Caroline Green said “despite all the struggles, we ended with a winning record, and I’m proud of us for that,”

Without a doubt these five girls had a bond.

“I’m gonna miss my teammates, being a Spartan, and being supported by fans and family,” Sarah Mueller said.
