The Lady Spartans in girls basketball displayed their true teamwork in beating Troy Buchanan Jan. 26th. The team showed the Trojans to not expect victory on Spartan turf and quickly took the lead anytime the Trojans caught up.

The Lady Spartans used teamwork to beat the Trojans 41-38, scoring the win in the last few minutes of the game. There was multiple congratulatory smiles and high fives exchanged between teammates.

“We’re really bonded. Instead of saying ‘1 2 3 Spartan Up’ we say ‘Family.’” Junior Center player Lexie Clark said.
