On Monday, Oct. 5, the girls softball team took on Holt High School. With the parents watching from the sidelines, the girls put on their game face and put their everything in the game, but it wasn’t enough for them to win the game.

The game ended after the fifth inning. The score was at 14-0, with Holt bringing home the win. It ended on good terms though as the girls all high fived each other before walking off the field.

“I think we played pretty decent. Holt is just a very, very good team. We definitely need to work on hitting and baserunning though,”  Senior Danielle Seeley said.
