On Oct. 21 the varsity seniors soccer players played their last home game, losing 1-0, leaving the field with tears and new perspectives. The upcoming leaders on the team felt their new roles taking place with the season ending.

“During senior night, you like really want to win cause it’s your last time ever playing with these people ever again,” said junior captain Joey Muller. “I guess you’re going to really miss [the seniors] and what they did for you and next year its just going to be completely different with new guys. And maybe next year you’re the senior so you’ll be feeling that way.”

Although sad, the team is excited for what next season will bring.
