In a very intense match against Troy Buchanan, the Varsity Lady Spartan basketball team capitalized on their opportunities, winning their seventh GAC game this season with a score of 36-28 over the Trojans. The girls have been undefeated in their GAC South play so far and have only lost a total of three games in the whole season.

“There will be more success and we are on a winning streak right now,” said Sophomore, Aria Lynch, “every game is a new game and we don’t focus on the past or the future we play the best we can in the moment.”

The next game is at Francis Howell Central, on February 13, at 5:30 pm against St. Charles High School.
