Freshman Spartan volleyball team gives Howell a run for their money in intense game

On September 6th of 2018 Francis Howell Central’s freshman volleyball went up against Howell. Centrals freshman volleyball team gave Howell a run for their money, remaining tied for a majority of the game. The girls showed great sportsmanship whether it was cheering on other girls on the team from the sideline or helping them up when they fell.
Freshman volleyball player Haley Knight-Freeman says “everybody is excited and your adrenaline is pumping and your nervous to play but anxious to win” about game day hype.
Up next for the FHC freshman volleyball team is a handful of away games and they head into the final games of their season.
