On Febuery 22, the girls varsity basketball team looked to tie the bow on what was an amazing season. As usual the game was fast paced and the spartans took control early and the rest was history. Seniors like Lauren Ebert would steal the ball and effortlessly lay it up for two points. Spartans would continue to dominate the whole game and never look back. The lengthier the lead, the stronger the crowd was. After half-time, the girls looked to finish out the game and go home with a victory. Troy couldn’t keep up with the pressure as Yaniah Curry would keep consistent stressing defense to help push the lead further. The spartans get the job done and the Seniors finish out an exceptional regular season and look forward to continue to dominate in districts.
