We all experience a lack of motivation from time to time ultimately leading to a sequence of days filled with absolutely nothing. Dogs help solve this problem by giving you a reason to go for a walk or even just incentivizing you to take a breath of fresh air when letting them outside. Everyone needs a break every once and awhile, and there is no better way to spend it than taking a short walk with your dog.
