The band program’s marching season is currently winding down and soon, the Spartan Regiment will have free time once more.

The marching band is having its Senior Night at the home football game against Francis Howell North this Friday, Oct. 28 from 5p.m. to 9p.m.

After this evening, the Spartan Regiment has its last competition at University of Missouri – Columbia on Saturday, Oct. 29.

“We have had a great year, and we look forward to putting on our best performances this weekend,” said Band Director Mr. Nathan Griffin.

In other news, band had ‘The Greater St. Louis’ contest this past Saturday, Oct. 22, in which 17 bands from across the St. Louis area attended.

“We had some very positive responses as to how well our students, staff and parents did running the contest,” said Griffin. “It was a very successful day and had a lot of great performances.”
