Spartans fight for their 21st win on the season against the Knights

The Knights of Francis Howell North (22-5) and the Spartans of Francis Howell Central (20-8-2) go head-to-head for the conference title and better seeding in the playoffs in this regular season finale. Howell North is ranked seventh in the state while Howell Central is ranked eighth.
