On Friday March 3, the Jazz Band will be participated in the annual Night of Jazz held at our school. Those attending will be whisked into the auditorium and greeted with the smooth stylings of jazz, being performed by the entire Francis Howell School District.

“The Night of Jazz will be at 7p.m., and students from all of the Francis Howell District will be there,” said band director Mr. Nathan Griffin. “It should be a fun night.”

Those within the Jazz Band are frantically preparing for the night in hopes of displaying their various talents.

“No one wants to be shown up at their own school,” said senior Michael Barbara. “I mean, we all know that it isn’t a competition, but you still want to impress everyone who will be there, including the other schools.”
