Central outreach makes the “holly day” bright

On Dec. 3 a handful of members of Central Outreach headed to T.A.S.K. in Fenton to volunteer at their Holly Day Camp for the majority of the day.

About 60 campers with various mental disabilities of all different ages came to have a day full of Christmas fun. From making Christmas ornaments to petting alpacas to meeting Santa. The club members were there to help keep things organized and have fun with all the campers.

“It was super heartwarming to see all of the volunteers and students having fun and just smiling,” senior Nicole Webb said.
