E-sports is becoming a new trend that is rapidly increasing in popularity and our school has recently decided to jump on board. This year Francis Howell Central is introducing their very own E-sports club consisting of two teams so far: the Overwatch team and the CS:GO team.

A group of seniors from last year helped to pave a lot of ground for this year’s students to kick it off with the help of their sponsor, Mr. Kris Miller. The CS Go team currently has all the members it needs and is no longer accepting members at the moment, and the Overwatch team has reached enough people to make two teams, but they are still welcoming more players. The team even hopes to host an event later this year as a fundraiser and to promote publicity.

Meet FHC’s new Overwatch team.
