JV soccer earns late victory

Last Tuesday, Central’s JV soccer team played Fort Zumwalt West. For a long time, the score was 0 – 0, but at last, Central scored a goal and won the game. While it was a very close game, Central did really good.

Many players seemed to be down the entire game. It appeared they were doubtful of their abilities.

“I really didn’t think we would win the game, but we were on top of our defense,” freshman Luke Cummings said.
