During the swim meet I wanted to try and get as many faces as I could while they were swimming. I quickly realized that swimmers tend to stay underwater for very long periods of time, making it harder for me to get pictures of their faces. Then I started to notice that at the end of the wall, they come up and push off to turn around, so I quickly started to camp out at that end. Finally, junior, Jackson Michaels swam to the end and I got the shot I was looking for. You can see how red his face was as he was swimming and him taking his breath as he’s turning.
