Powderpuff Power

Amongst the many Homecoming week festivities, one of the most exciting is the powderpuff football game. Teams of girls from every grade competed on Thursday, Sept. 26. The freshmen took on the sophomores and the juniors faced the seniors. The game ended with a win for the sophomores and for the seniors. One of the many highlights of the game was the interception made by sophomore Téa Perez.

“The game was fun and really brought the team together,” Perez said. “I definitely built new friendships by being on the team.”

Perez and other players are looking forward to playing powderpuff again next year.
