Foreign languages prepare for International Night
Tonight from 6 to 8 p.m., the foreign languages department will be hosting their fourth annual International Night in the cafeteria. Admission is $2, which covers all costs for food and activities, except the cake walk, which is 50 cents extra.
According to senior Alexandra Nedyalkov, a French V student, everyone should expect to have a lot of fun.
“A multitude of cultures and ethnic foods will be represented [at the event],” said Nedyalkov. “I think it’ll be a ton of fun. I’m pretty sure Im going to be participating in the cake walk.”
Spanish teacher Dr. Jennifer Miller believes that everyone worked hard to represent many countries.
“It’s a great opportunity for our students to learn about countries that we don’t necessarily learn about at FHC, such as Madagascar, Lebanon, and the Ukraine,” said Dr. Miller.
