“Stereo Hearts” by Gym Class Heroes feat. Adam Levine
Throwing it back to 2011
We’re taking it back a few years. This is a song that I would jam out to in middle school all the time and whenever it comes on randomly on my playlist, I still jam out. This is a song about a man comparing his heart to a stereo (a stereo is a version of a radio, the ancient stuff). He is comparing the beating of his heart to the music on the stereo and her as the one to the “good music that is so hard to find”. I love the meaning behind this song and it uses great similes and metaphors. Definitely listen to this song when you are in that throwback mood and reminiscing over the good times.
