The boys soccer team won its senior night against Timberland 2-1. The start of the game was slow as any other soccer game goes, before the half the Spartans kicked it up a notch leaving the Wolves (Timberland) scoreless. The second half was going well until the Spartans goalie nearly missed a save making the score 2-1.

As the game continued possession switching constantly, the game finally came to an end. “It was a great experience to play and win with our seniors as a sign of family and showing them, hey this is for you,” said Junior Phillip Newland. As the rest of the team played for and with their seniors for a final win before they are off to districts.
