NHS students help out for the holidays

The upcoming activities that NHS members can participate in are going to the Crisis Nursery on Dec. 3.

NHS members will also have the ability to help out the Salvation Army this year too. Students will be standing out in groups where the Salvation Army has its annual red kettle Christmas charity stations setup.

“We have not done the bell ringing for the Salvation Army before, so I’m excited to see how that goes,” NHS Sponsor Tiffany MacMillan said.

NHS Treasurer senior Patrick Earl has big plans for his group.

“I’m really stoked to do it, I’m gonna try to get a couple of groups of Band students together because I did the same thing for the Cornbread morning show, and we made three times the money of any other spot,” Earl said.
