Many students and teachers go unnoticed in the halls of Francis Howell Central. With a language department full of great teachers, it is sometimes hard to focus on every single teacher. One teacher stands out as I have been able to learn from her over the past two years. This teacher captures the attention of many Spanish students daily with her fun and spunky attitude. Although sometimes goofy, she constantly brings laughter and life to her class. Having her class immediately after lunch, it is sometimes tempting to fall asleep due to a full belly, but I know I can count on this teacher to wake me up with a fun vocab game or an entertaining salsa dancing lesson. Mrs. Debbie Gubany is the teacher that has inspired me to continue learning Spanish and hopefully use it in my career. Thank you Mrs. Gubany for caring about your students and being another great teacher at this school!
