CDC to host Black, White, Shades of Grey night
The student organization Cultural Diversity is hosting Black, White, Shades of Gray on Feb. 17, in the auditorium from 7:00 to 8:30 pm. A reception with cookies and punch will follow the event.
The group is dedicated to understanding among ethnic groups. Attendees will watch a video and make group assumptions. There will be a question and answer session where participants may ask questions of people from other races.
“We are small, but really connected and see each other everyday even if it’s not a meeting day,” said Mrs. Lisa Milos, sponsor of the group.
Meetings are every other Monday after school in Mrs. Milos room. Students willing to learn about cultural diversity and work making posters and banners are encouraged to join. For further information contact Ms. Milos in room 245.
Your donation will support the student journalists of Francis Howell Central High School. Your contribution will allow us to purchase equipment and cover our annual website hosting costs. FHCToday.com and our subsequent publications are dedicated to the students by the students. We hope you consider donating to allow us to continue our mission of a connected and well-informed student body.
