Carlin Bippen, Staff Reporter
Carlin Bippen is a senior at Francis Howell Central and this is her first year on Publications. She participates in wind and jazz ensemble, as well as marching band at FHC. Carlin has always preferred English class to any math or science classes and is excited to explore writing in a new way through the newspaper and web.
