Senior Celebration
As the Varsity boys soccer team heads to districts, the team sets aside time to thank the eight seniors who have helped with the team’s success. The seniors include captain Sam Newton along with Allen Butterfield, Brayden Conley, Luke Hantack, Chris Boerding, Connor Schmitz, Carl Swanson, and Connor Mcgoogan.
Senior goalkeeper Chris Boerding says “the brotherhood it creates” is what he’ll miss most about soccer. His favorite part about senior night was “getting the medal and shaking everyone’s hands” at the end of the ceremony.
The seniors lead the team into districts beginning Nov 5 against FZN.
