Learning a new “culture”
During the school year of 2016-17, the school district Francis Howell decided that they wanted to introduce several new classes, and one of those is “Modern American Culture.” This class is taught by Mr. Brian Cissell. Mr.Cissell is a fun going guy, who enjoys acting as a storyteller when he teaches.
In this class you learn about the modern times, you go all the way back to the 1920s, and you will learn all the way to our time period. On Fridays, you get to play games that involve’s all of the different eras, some of the games involve: Pac-Man, Rubik’s cubes, Name the Song, and Name the Movie.
