The girls basketball team finally beat rival Francis Howell, for the first time this season on Monday Feb. 6

The Lady Spartans took it to the rivals 49-40 struggling at first, but got some footing, resulting in an exciting night and a memorable win.

“All the hard work paid off because we finally beat Howell,” junior Payton Kolb said.
