Yearning for Youth and Government
Missouri Youth and Government, is preparing for their annual conference in Jefferson City. The club has been preparing for the conference since early August, by writing bills and making videos. Youth and Government has a media group and a legislative group, who will participate in governmental procedures down in Jefferson City. The legislative group has been working especially hard perfecting their bills.
Sophomore Hannah Bernard has been working to make sure her bill is ready for the floor.
“It’s important that our bills are floor ready, because you want to make sure that people will understand it, and want to support your bill.” said Bernard
