Varsity Boys Wrestling Takes Tough Loss
The Varsity boys wrestling team faced a challenging competitor, Holt, on Wednesday Jan. 29. The team fought hard and won a few individual victories, but was overall defeated in the end with a score of 41-28.
“We did good in some areas but still need to get better in others,” says freshman Aidan Hernandez. He also said the team is starting to prepare for State and “all the practice seems like it’s paying off.”
Their next dual is is coming up on Wednesday Feb. 5 against Fort Zumwalt West and the team hopes to earn a victory.
