Dear Mrs. Wyeth,
I want to start off by saying that I appreciate you more than anything. You’ve always been there for me from the first time I came into your classroom last year. You’re like my school mom when I’m not at home, and I’m so grateful I can come to you about anything and feel comfortable telling you certain things. I know my small group of friends can be a lot at times, but I promise we mean no harm. We’re just really comfortable around you. It’s such a relief to know you have someone you can count on during good or bad times in life. And that‘s who you are to me.
You have such a special way of making everyone feel seen and valued, and your kindness means more to me than I can put into words. When I’m having a rough day, just knowing I can come to you makes things easier. You always listen, offer the best advice, and never judge. I hope you know how much of a difference you make in my life and in the lives of so many students. Thank you for being such a wonderful teacher, role model, and friend. I’ll always be grateful for your support, encouragement, and all the little things you do that make my days brighter.
Sometimes, I look back and realize how much I’ve grown—not just as a student, but as a person—thanks to your guidance. You always make time for me, even when you’re busy, and that means the world. Your patience, understanding, and constant encouragement help me believe in myself, even when I’m struggling to see my own strengths.
What I admire most is how you treat everyone with respect and never give up on any of us, no matter what. You remind me that it’s okay to make mistakes, and you help me find the courage to try again. You have taught me so much about kindness, resilience, and the importance of caring for others.
I hope you know just how much of a difference you make every single day. Thank you for being someone I can always count on, and for making school a place where I feel safe and supported. I will forever be grateful for you.
