A Closer Look At Painting
Mrs. Judy Russell’s first hour painting class works bright and early to create beautiful pieces of artwork through mixing paints and their access to different types of brushes. On Wednesday, Dec. 4, students worked individually to create their own unique works of art. Junior Celina Severado mixed paints and crafted minute details for her painting of a bright street between buildings of white and blue.
“I took painting because I wanted to get a start on it, but I never knew where to begin,” said Severado.
Students of the class will continue to work on their own independent projects until the end of the semester, and will start a new unit upon returning in January.
