On Friday, Feb. 20 the boys varsity basketball team faced off against the Francis Howell Vikings at home for Senior Night. The Spartans won over the Vikings 67-45. Senior Xavier Morrison hit 1000 career points scored, an achievement only about 1% of high school players ever get. Morrison detailed how much his 1000 pint game and senior night meant to him.
“Reaching 1000 points was a huge milestone for me, but winning the game was much more important,” Morrison said.“We’ve all known each other since middle school, so playing with the same people you grow up with is amazing.”
