Best-selling authors speak at FHC
Victoria Aveyard, Sophie Jordan take stage in auditorium to speak about their new books, writing process
New York Times best-seling authors Victoria Aveyard and Sophie Jordan will speak to an audience of English classes during sixth hour on Feb. 9.
Aveyard’s third book “Glass Sword,” debuts in stores on Feb. 9. The book finds Mare Barrow escaping from vinictive King Maven, seeking others who have her red-and-silver abilities to help her in her struggle against her oppressors.
Ms. Jordan’s “Reign of Shadows” also hits bookshelves on Feb. 9. The book focuses on Luna, the lost princess of Relhok and her adventures with Fowler, a mysterious archer who lives in the woods outside her tower.
