The girls basketball team is almost to the end of their season. The team has gone 16-7. To prepare for the rest of the season, the team is working hard and staying focused in its practices, according to junior Katy Gerler.
“[To prepare for the rest of the season,] we are staying focused during practice. We are also working hard to know the other teams plans so that way we can make [specific] plans for each team,” said Gerler.
The girls have one game left until districts which is the week of Feb. 20-25.Tonight is the girl’s last game for the season against rival Howell North. The team will also honor its senior players for Senior Night as well.
