Hot Taste
Something sweeter is in the air Friday mornings at FHC. Starting up in the fall going through the winter seasons, club members of Epsilon Beta volunteer to serve varieties of hot chocolate and coffees to the staff and students. New this year, the club has added seasonal flavors to their menu as well; starting out with a Halloween and pumpkin spice variety for the fall season. Senior and treasurer of Epsilon Beta, Trevor Nichols, describes how the group uses the money raised.
All the money raised through hot chocolate Friday “goes to Epsilon Beta”, says Nichols, “to give candy out to people during classes and to go to a convention so [Epsilon Beta] members don’t have to pay as much”.
To push through the last day before the weekend, stop by the Learning Commons on Friday mornings and help support Epsilon Beta with a hot chocolate or coffee.
