Mrs. McCune smiles across the room talking to a student. She was teaching her Digital Art & Design I class.
Mrs. McCune takes on many roles at Francis Howell Central. She teaches AP Art History, Digital Art and Design, and Printmaking. Mrs. McCune also coordinates the National Art Honors Society (NAHS). She is known for her positive personality and friendly face. Layni Murray is an A+ tutor for Mrs. McCune, a student in her Digital Art & Design class, and is president of NAHS.
“What I love about Mrs. McCune is that she cares about all her students. She is the nicest person you’ll ever meet and is always willing to help students with anything they need. I have had some of the best moments in her classroom and within NAHS,” Murray said.
Overall, her bright personality lights up the FHC walls and brings joy to every student who enters her classroom.
