Gathering together in celebration of art and the upcoming holiday, after school on Nov. 11, the members of NAHS celebrated thanksgiving with a party to get together and show how thankful they are for each other and their art. The NAHS members ate snacks and watched thanksgiving themed movies while immersing themselves in art and gratitude. The NAHS club is made up of long time artists and new artists but the gathering was made of all grade and skill levels coming together to honor art. Making bonds is an important part of any club and that is what the NAHS members did. Junior Megan Chiu commented on her experience in the club and encouraged others to join during the festive times.
“I love NAHS, and I love Mrs.McCune, she’s so fun,” Chiu said, “And I love all the arts and crafts, because I’m able to express what I like [and] have fun with my friends. ”
