The color guard performed their newest show “Don’t try this at home” on Jan. 22 as a preview for the parents. Alongside the FHC guard, there was Howell high and Ember IIndependent. The “Don’t try this at home” show was meant to show how life moves forward and life moves on. The meaning resonated with guard member junior Amelia Heidt, when she shares her feelings on the show’s depth.
“Even if you experience loss, you can move on from it. Life isn’t over when something bad happens,” Heidt said.
