On March 27, 2026, the Francis Howell Central Spartans played the Francis Howell North Knights at Howell North. The Spartans came out victorious winning over the Knights 82-54. The win made FHC the conference champions of the GAC South Conference for the first time in 25 years. Senior Wyatt Dwyer detailed his thoughts on the Conference championship.
“I’m just really proud of our team and all we have done. I think its paid off for all the hard work we put into it. It’s not just that we had a great season and nothing to put on the wall, now we have something to hang up on the wall that will be here forever for students to see.”
The Spartans next game is the first round of districts against the Timberland Wolves.
