With the year progressing, the FHC theater program is preparing to put on its next performance. The spring musical is in full swing with rehearsals almost everyday after school to prepare actors and allow time for the set to be built and painted. The theater department is always working hard and focusing to ensure enough time is given to each task that is needed. Although it can be stressful, many enjoy participating in theater and its environment. Commenting on the positive energy, paint crew manager junior Lyra Hobson talks about the atmosphere within the theater.
“It’s a very nice place to be because everyone’s friends, no one’s really mean to each other.” Hobson said, “Everyone just gets along, and it’s a really safe space [in my opinion]”
The final theater production will be put on in mid April.
