Starting off the season strong, the JV girls basketball team wins their first game against Nerix Hall on Dec 10. With a team composed of mostly freshmen who haven’t played a high school game, this win is a first for many. Freshman point guard Adrienne Winters shares her favorite part about playing basketball in high school.
“I really liked our energy, and our defense was really good. I know we got a lot of steals,” said Winters.
The next girls JV Basketball game will be on Dec. 10.
