On May 2, girls varsity soccer had their last game of the season. They won the game 3-0 against Nixa. This game was an emotional time because it was also senior night. This was the last game for seniors, so next year new freshmen will be coming in. Sophomore Lily Limpert gives advice to incoming freshman next year for soccer.
“[Don’t] be afraid to play how you are and hold yourself back, you should really give it your all at tryouts, and during the season.” Limpert said.
Lily’s favorite part of the season was when they went to Jefferson city. This trip was a great team bonding experience for all of them and they also played good.
