‘I believe that we will win’
After each and every winning play, the whistle blew and the crowd roared in support of the boys volleyball team. This support only pushed the boys to want to work even harder to earn their school the first state title of the school year.
Though the boys had a rough start in the beginning of the first match, they followed close behind SLUH throughout the entire match. The team ended up winning the first match by 25-22.
Junior Justin Cather feels the pride in both his team and the fans.
“Oh my god, we have the best fans ever that have been behind us throughout the entire season,” Cather said. “It feels so great to have all the hard work pay off.”
