Celebrating Volleyball Seniors
The girls’ varsity volleyball team celebrated their senior night on Tuesday, Oct. 11th, right before their last home game of the season. The night was dedicated to recognizing the team’s three seniors – Emma Blaine, Jenny Padron and Faith Rekosh as they walked with their parents to each receive a medal from Dr. Leake. Blaine expresses that she found the night to be very moving.
“It was fun and empowering to have a night designated to recognizing all the years I spent playing volleyball,” says Blaine, “I was so glad I got to commemorate the last week of our season with my seniors.”
FHC is so proud to celebrate the accomplishment of this year’s seniors and we can’t wait to see what they will do in the future.
