Bouncing Back
On Saturday, May 6th, FHC’s girls varsity lacrosse team played both Francis Howell and Howell North one after the other. After taking a difficult lost from Howell, and despite the bad weather, the girls ended up defeating North in the following game. Senior defender Emma Furlow comments on the game,
“We always go into games [against North] knowing it’s going to be a challenging game and trying to not let it get to our heads,” says Furlow, “I think we played very well this year and I’m very proud of our girls.”
Last Thursday, May 11th the team had their senior night followed by their last game of the season on Friday, May 19th. Congratulations to everyone for a great season and all the seniors for their time playing for FHC.
