Coach Harris preps for a busy weekend of tournaments, games
This weekend is a busy weekend according to Activities Director Scott Harris.
“We are hosting two tournaments this weekend,” Coach Harris said. “One for varsity soccer and the other for girls volleyball.”
These two tournaments will bring teams from around the area to FHC to compete. While these teams are here, though, the school will be sending four other varsity teams to other tournaments and another to the Edward Jones Dome.
“This game is a great opportunity for the team and we are excited,” Harris said. “We will be hosting a pep rally before the game and students can ride a pep bus to the game to save some money.”
Students who ride the bus will have a chance to talk with others and not have to worry about traffic on the way to the game.
In addition to the busy weekend, the remaining activity passes have arrived. Any student who has not yet received their pass should see Mrs. Tammy Cissell in the activities office to pick up their pass.
