On Wednesday, Nov. 7 and Thursday, Nov. 8 the annual winter concerts will be taking place. Beginning at 7p.m., all those who attend will be greeted by an array of holiday music with a selection of classic band music.
“This is the annual holiday concert with a flavor of holiday tunes sprinkled in,” said band director Mr. Nathan Griffin. “It should be a great couple of concert nights.”
On Wednesday night, the concert and symphonic bands, along with the wind ensemble, will be performing and the following day will host the jazz band and jazz ensemble.
“These concerts feature all of our band members,” said Griffin.
For the following week there will be various band practices scheduled for after school like usual along with a performance at the girls basketball game on Nov. 13. The call time is to be announced.
